International Chess Forum Moscow Open 2022
This summer all chess fans will see a grand event - International Chess Forum Moscow Open 2022, which will take place from the 14th to the 20th of July in the Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Center. 
Accustomed and loved by many people the Moscow Open Chess Festival will present itself this year in a completely new format and without any doubt will become for a few days the center of chess life both in the country and in the world. Such big chess events haven't taken place in the Russian capital for many years.
First of all, the competitions will be held at the new, state-of-the-art venue - the Irina Viner-Usmanova Center for Gymnastics, located next to the Luzhniki Olympic Complex.
Secondly, the main tournament of the forum, the "Stars Tournament", will be attended by the leading Grandmasters of the world: multiple world champion Anatoly Karpov, world champion in Rapid and Blitz Sergey Karjakin, three-time world champion in Blitz Alexander Grischuk, and two-time champion of Russia Alexander Morozevich.
Thirdly, the forum will remain accessible and widespread: the program will include open tournaments for men and women, stages of the Cup of Russia, as well as competitions for children, stages of the Children's Cup of Russia.
Large intellectual and entertaining program awaits guests and fans at the forum. Everyone interested will be able to compete in a session with a chess robot playing on three boards simultaneously, listen to online commentary on games by grandmasters from renowned experts, take part in the competition program and win memorable prizes.
